Great recipe for the new year.
Herbal Cream Cheese Appetizers
1 pound frozen puff pastry
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
few drops, hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup sliced green pepper

Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature for about 20 min. before unfolding. Place each rectangle on lightly floured board. Cut out rounds with biscuit cutter
.Prick rounds with a fork.. Bake at ungreased baking sheet at 350 for 18 to 20 min. Cool
. Meanwhile,, prepare filling by beating together cream cheese, herbs, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce until well combined. , Slit the rounds through the middle, but do not cut all the way through. Spread pastries with filling. Sprinkled with sliced green pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sounds like a great appetizer to me why not give it a try!
