The answer for last months herb is basil.
Here is your latest recipe:

  Rose Geranium Syrup
( Great for Ice Cream)

21/2cups water
2 cups sugar
1 handful rose geranium leaves
Place water and sugar in deep saucepan,stir until dissolved.
Heat to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes without stirring.Remove from heat,add the rose geranium leaves,
cover and steep for10 minutes.
Strain syrup into clean pan and let boil for30 seconds.
Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.Will keep 6-9 months in refrigerator.
4-5 half pint jars
