Did you bring your Rosemary in for the winter?I did.Now I have found a great recipe using Rosemary.
Lemon-Rosemary Cake
Preheat oven to 350
2tbl flour
3 cups flour
11/2tbls.rosemary
2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.baking soda
1/2tsp.salt
11/2c.sugar
1/2c. olive oil
1/2c. fat free milk
2tsp.grated lemon rind
1/4c fresh lemon juice
1/2tsp.vanilla extract
1/4tsp.lemon extract
3 lg.eggs
1c powdered sugar
1tbl.fresh lemon juice
fresh rosemary sprig(optional)
Coat 10inch tube pan with cooking spray,dust with 2tbl.flour.Combine flour (3cups)with next four ingredients(through salt)in large bowl.
Place sugar and next ingredients through eggs in a medium bowl,beat with mixer on low for 2 minutes.Add flour mixture,beat to blend.
Pour batter into pan.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.Cool.Remove from pan.Combine powdered sugar an 1 tbl.lemon juice stirring until smooth.Drizzle over cake.Garnish with rosemary if desired.
